Tim Lailer
Highest Certification Level: PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer
Instructor Since: 1996
My dad introduced me to diving in 1995. My open water certification course was with NAUI. I switched to PADI for my Advanced Open Water. I decided to become an instructor when I took my rescue course in Key West. The right time came when I got laid off from my job. I packed up and moved to Ft. Lauderdale, FL and started my Instructor training. I started with Divemaster and the rest is history. I taught SCUBA for 8 years full time (1996-2004). I started in the Turks and Caicos islands, Chicago, Florida (South Beach)and Wisconsin. I stopped teaching to raise a family. I am originally from Maine. I live in Hartland with my wife and four kids.
